One bedroom condos include the following:

  • Two side by side queen beds
  • Living room space with a pull out sleeper sofa
  • Sleeps up to 6
  • 1 bathroom with shower
  • Private balcony overlooking the Wisconsin River
  • Microwave and Mini Refrigerator
  • Water Park passes for up to 6

Please note that the one bedroom condo rentals do not include the full- sized
kitchen, jacuzzi, large living room, or separate bedroom that comes with two
bedroom condo rentals.

Rates for the one bedroom condos:

Off season rentals (September - May) range from weekday rates of $99/night
plus tax to $124/night plus tax on the weekend.

Summer rentals (June - August) range from weekday rates of $124/night plus
tax to $174/night plus tax on the busiest weekends.

Weekend rentals require a two night minimum stay.  Holidays and school break
times may have higher rates.
